Thank you to Siobhan Leonard our Student Art PME from LSAD who worked with our second years on a biodiversity paintings and sculpture project. We have really enjoyed creating these pieces. A big thank you to our woodwork dept and our caretaker for their support in presenting this work.

History/ Politics Field Trip
On Wednesday 18th December, Nenagh College 5th and 6th year students travelled to Dublin as part of their History/ Politics field trip. While in Dublin, they visited Dail Eireann, National Museum of Ireland and Croke Park. They were accompanied by Ms. Murphy and Mr. Cox.
Earth’s Crust
Well done to 1B student Philip Kennedy who created detailed model of the Earth’s Crust for geography class.
Christmas Talent Show
On Thursday 12th December, Nenagh College hosted its annual Christmas Talent Show. Students from all year groups took part in the event to showcase their talents to friends and family. A special thank to all who took part and to our co-ordinating teachers Ms. Tierney, Ms. Purcell and Spain Audio Visual.
Christmas Jumper Day
Well done to the Amber Flag Committee and Ms. O’Keeffe who organised the Christmas Jumper Day in Nenagh College to raise awareness and funds to help provide support and services for people with cystic fibrosis.
First Year Entrepreneurs
Well done to Brian O’Connor and Cullin O’ Brien who sold their Christmas logs and brownies at the Christmas Talent Show.
Camogie at Nenagh College
Well done to the u16 1/2 Camogie team of Nenagh College who defeated Nenagh Convent 2 last week. Thanks to Ms. Hannigan and Ms. Harty their coaches.

Rehearsals and sound check are well underway for tonight’s talent show here in a Nenagh College.
Christmas Cupcakes
Well done to first years who made Christmas Cupcakes as part of their Christmas exam. The standard was very high, with some restaurant quality skills being demonstrated.
LCA Breakfast Morning
6LCA prepared Breakfast for the Staff of Nenagh College as a thank you for all the support and extra help over the year. It was a huge success and the students were very professional in completing the task. Well done to all involved.
