LCA Students from Nenagh College prepared their ReciPEA for PEA shoot soup, the final of four challenges after growing and caring for their own Pea shoots, in the ‘Give Peas a Chance Challenge’ in conjunction with Cully and Sully soups and Grow it Yourself Ireland.
