Irish Pilgrimage Trust
Congratulations to Natasha O’Brien who presented Michael Carroll with a cheque for €300 to support the Irish Pilgrimage Trust annual pilgrimage to Lourdes. Natasha and Colin Dillon will be going on the pilgrimage over their Easter holidays as assistants.
Blackwater Outdoor Activity Centre
On Friday 11th March, 25 students from Nenagh College visited ‘Blackwater Outdoor Activities’ centre, Castletownroche, Co. Cork. Limerick Animal Welfare, Kilfinane, Co. Limerick
On Wednesday 9th March, 44 first year students from Nenagh College travelled to Limerick Animal Welfare, Kilfinane, Co. Limerick. Students were given a guided tour of the facility and were offered an insight into the wonderful work carried out by the dedicated staff. Students were accompanied by their CSPE teachers, Ms Heffernan and Ms Egan.
Agricultural Science at Nenagh College
As part of their grassland study, students from Nenagh College’s 5th Year Agricultural science class visited James Kennedy’s farm in Nenagh. It was a fantastic visit and enjoyed by all. Many thanks to James and Michael Hogan in Teagasc for organising the event.
