Nenagh College second year art and C.S.P.E students visited the Animal Welfare Center in Kilfinane Co. Limerick where they donated their art and some pet food. Each student was given the opportunity to interact with rescued animals at the center. Thank you to all the volunteers who facilitated the tour. Students learned about the dedicated work done in this center, as well as some of the shocking circumstances these animals experienced before being rescued. This highlights the importance of our responsibilities when caring for animals.
Nenagh College would like to inform students and parents that the information evening ‘Don’t Be Mean Behind the Screen’ which had been scheduled for this evening is cancelled owing to the sudden and unexpected death of Paula O’Connor’s brother-in-law. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
