First Year Class Walk
1st Year students embarked on a wellbeing walk as part of their physical education programme. They set off up to Millennium Cross while it was still foggy but once they reached the top, the glorious September sun appeared. Well done to all who challenged themselves to make it to the top!
Geography Field Trip
On Thursday, 19th September, our 6th Year students embarked on an educational trip to Lahinch, Co. Clare, to conduct their coastal field study. This hands-on experience allowed them to enhance various geographical skills, contributing 20% to their Leaving Certificate Geography grade.Â

Visit to Shannon School of Hotel Management
Shannon School of Hotel Management, a college of the University of Galway, met with senior cycle students this week. College visits into school offer an exposure to higher education, which are an important part of the student experience .They display one of many possibilities that await students when they finish the Leaving Certificate.
