World Mental Health Week

Nenagh College participated in many activities throughout World Mental Health week 5th to 10th October.  Each day had a different theme, the five ways to well being are simple actions to practice each day: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give.  The week was a great success with the students actively participating each day.  On Friday there was a giveaway of three goodie bags to the students who guessed the correct number of sweets in the jar.  Well done to Ms Maharaj and the TY students for organising and promoting Mental Health week.
