Well done to the 5th year Leaving Certificate Applied students, who took on the initiative of promoting the Darkness into Light upcoming walk on 11th May, at 4.15 am.
Their aim was to increase students awareness of the role of Pieta House in our community. They did this by selling treats for 50c in the canteen, all funds will be donated to Pieta House.
Nenagh College are proud to have hosted the first ever Nenagh Darkness into Light walk in 2015, raising over €26,000. Students in the Nenagh College continue to support Pieta House, by walking the 5km every May.
Students are reminded to take note of all the supports available to them, which are highlighted on the wellbeing notice board.
