On Thursday 29th November, Nenagh College 3rd year history students travelled to Collins Barracks Museum and Glasnevin Cemetery to further their understanding of 20th Century Irish History in preparation for their Junior Certificate exams. They were accompanied by their teachers Ms. Heffernan and Mr. Cox. A great day had by all.

First Aid with Transition Year
Our Transition Year students got the opportunity to study a module on First Aid with Ms. Heffernan. After this 11 week module, they put their skills into practice and completed a full day course with Ollie Hayes. Upon completion they received a certificate in First Aid and Manual Handling. Well done to all involved.
Tráth na gCeist
Well done to our TY students who are pictured here after receiving certificates for their participation in a Tráth na gCeist. It was held in Dún Mhuire as part of Féile na Samhna. They gained great experience and enjoyed the quiz.

Green Schools
Nenagh College received their fourth Green Flag for Travel. The Green School Committee and their Co-Ordinator, Mr. Macken, presented the flag to Ms. Maharaj on behalf of the Board of Management.
