Did you know the difference between Shepard’s pie and Cottage pie? Shepard’s Pie uses Lamb mince while Cottage pie uses Beef.

Todays Recipe comes from Mariea Tobin in 3rd year.
This was one of the dishes Mariea was going to make for her JC practical exam.
Her Brief was to cook a nutritious lunch for a school canteen.
It is also a nice recipe for familys who have members who do not like vegetables as they are a blended into the sauce.
