Congratulations to our 1st Year students who took part in Science Week Table Quiz. A big thank you to the teachers in our science department and TY students on their organisation of the event.

Parent Teacher Meetings  for 3rd and 6th year students will take place on Wednesday 23rd November from 4.15pm – 6.45pm.

I am sure you are aware that we have had a tragic bereavement within our school. 

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family . 

In the best interests of the students, it has been advised that the school will remain open and operate  as close as possible to the usual class schedules.

Our 6th Year English Students at a production of William Shakespeare’s ‘Hamlet’ at the Scout’s Hall on 28th October 2016.

First Data are moving their European HQ to Nenagh in 2017. This will initially provide 300 new jobs in the area with is predicted to rise to 1100 over the following years.

Congratulations to first year girls on becoming Tipperary Futsal Champions. Well done all.

Congratulations to Nenagh College boys first year football team who made it to the Tipperary final, narrowly losing to Newport.

 

On Thursday 10th November, Fifth Year music students attended the Colours of Music concert given by the Corks Pops Orchestra in City Hall, Cork.  An enjoyable and informative day was had by all!!

Well done to Ms. Tobin and Ms. Carey’s Second Year Home Economics classes on their Halloween Cookery Competition
