Charlotte Ryan & Grace Quinn, 2^nd year who play for Silvermines won a camogie U16 County Semi-final A League against Moycarky last Friday and went on to play Boherlahan in the County Final on Thursday evening and won, with a score of 2 : 6 to 7 points, well done girls.

Transitions Years had a great tour to Emerald Park on Wednesday, many braved the big rides (often over and over again). A great day was had by all!

John O Meara 5th year LCA student with an art piece created for Nenagh Community National School, as part of his LCA signage task.

On Wednesday 26^th April, Brian Fogarty and Conor Bowe from Fiserv, Nenagh, delivered a coding workshop to our TY class, using Javascript and HTML. It was a great to see links between a local technology company and our school. Thanks to all involved

As part of their Summary Report Item for the LCVP Portfolio, our 5^th Year LCVP Students made the trip to Blackcastle Farm this week. Students were given a fantastic tour of the farm and insightful presentation on the background, growth and development of the business. Thanks to all the staff at Blackcastle Farm.

Our Transition Year Students enjoyed 2 great days last week at Delphi Adventure Centre. The sun shined as the TY group took part in a range of outdoor activities including Kayaking, High Rope Challenges, Team Games and Campfire Building.

Some of Limericks fantastic mural art viewed and enjoyed by 1st year art students on their recent art tour.

Team Robotics provided a fantastic workshop to all the first year classes. The circuits were donated to the school by Mint-Tex, The Prototype People. Go raibh míle maith agaibh.

Part 2 of our  First year’s  art trip where they enjoyed a guided tour around LSAD(Limerick School of Art & Design).This included viewing many departments including design, paint, print, sculpture, fashion and more !

Well done to Grace Kilgannon, who  has starred in the show Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for 5 nights running in The Scout’s Hall.
