Huge thanks to Caroline Shanahan and Patrick Killeen, North Tipperary Development Company, who visited 5th year Link Modules students on Monday 11th to talk about the work of NTDC supporting business and social enterprise in North Tipperary.  A very insightful presentation was given into the circular economy,  on financial assistance and the importance of support and investment in our local community. Míle buíochas!

Ethos Week Assembly

We gathered as a community yesterday to share and celebrate the examples of the core values in action that students had identified over the course of the week. Well done to all, especially those who used their creativity to capture the core values in poetry and art.

Special Summer Camp

TY students receive a talk from Mary and Aoife from the Special Summer Camp.
An overwhelming majority of TY students have signed up to volunteer in Nenagh College, where the Special Summer Camp will be held in July 2024. Well done to all involved.

John O’Meara Presentation

John O Meara a 6th year Leaving Certificate Applied student gave a presentation to parents and students in Nenagh College on Tuesday 12th March.

John demonstrates one of our core values: excellence,  he described some of the work he has undertaken in the last 2 years, including fundraising for the homeless and taking on a new challenge as part of his practical achievement task, he chose Fencing and has continued his fitness regime.
