















We are incredibly proud of our three outstanding students, Brian O Connor, Roísín Thijssen and Faye Molamphy, who achieved the best results in their Leaving Certificate Applied exams in August 2024 and were honored with the LCANA Fergal Quinn National Award at the LCANA National Conference in the Shamrock Lodge Hotel, Athlone, on 25th January 2025.
As part of Nenagh College’s ongoing commitment to enhancing digital learning and preparing our students for a technology-driven future, we are excited to announce that from the 2025/2026 academic year, Nenagh College will become a full device school.
This initiative aims to further integrate digital tools into everyday learning, fostering student engagement, collaboration, and independent learning.

On Tuesday 18th November our 5th year Biology students and 6th year Ag Science students were accompanied by their teachers Ms Duffy and Ms Sugrue to Science Week in UL. The biology students attended an excellent interactive genetics session on “How NOT to get cancer” while the Ag Science students participated in a session on “Tinder for Cows”.

The U16 Boys Volleyball team, played an exciting match against Mungret Community College and Alfa Steiner SS. Although, they didn’t achieve victory, they showed great effort, teamwork and commitment. This experience will help them improve and achieve their goals for the upcoming years. Congratulations to all players involved and the great dedication showed
