Laura has a flair for cooking.  Waffles are a very versatile food and can be served sweet or savoury.  The sweet waffle is probably the most commonly known and can be served with fruit and yogurt, crispy streaky rashers and maple syrup and chocolate sauce to name but a few.

Noelle’s recipe is one that has been tried and tested. It will make a light and fluffy sponge cake every time. When whisking make sure to give extra time to adding air to the egg mixture and be cautious when folding in the flour not to let too much air escape.
