Mark was given a task to cook a dish using a convenience food and leftovers. He used puff pastry as a convenience product and some leftover cooked chicken. Left over vegetables could also be used if you had some at home.

First Year Wood Technology

First Year Wood Technology students were asked to sketch a design for a key holder that would suit their family. Not only did Wiktoria sketch her design but she made it using material from an old pallet at home. What a great job she did upcycling old material to make something new and useful. Well done!
