Today’s recipe is from Mark Griffin in 1st year.

Mark was given a task to cook a dish using a convenience food and leftovers. He used puff pastry as a convenience product and some leftover cooked chicken. Left over vegetables could also be used if you had some at home.

First Year Wood Technology students were asked to sketch a design for a key holder that would suit their family. Not only did Wiktoria sketch her design but she made it using material from an old pallet at home. What a great job she did upcycling old material to make something new and useful. Well done!

Today’s recipe comes from Danial Tianhao in 1st year.
Daniel always comes up with easy tasty home recipes. This one is really handy if you are stuck for time but still want to make a reasonably healthy choice. Extra or different vegetables can also be added to change the dish.
