Our Senior Art Students enjoyed their tour to the National Gallery in Dublin on Thursday 27th September. Roderic O’Connors exhibition and Joe Cashlin’s works as well as Caravaggio and J Yeats pieces, were among the inspiring works viewed. A big thank you to our tour guides Valerie and Rita who made it a memorable and informative experience. Students were accompanied by their Teachers Ms Beirne and Ms Knight.

Our school played in both finals losing the 3rd/4th place playoff to CTI Clonmel on a scoreline of 8-4 and winning the main final against Coláiste Mhuire Thurles after extra time by a single point on a scoreline of 7-6. 1st Year Parent Coffee Morning

Parents of Nenagh College first year students will have the opportunity to meet their son / daughter’s Year Head and Class Directors in a unique setting on Wednesday 17th October in the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh from 11.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.

This will be an ideal opportunity to chat with the teachers who have taken on the task of ensuring the welfare of the students.

As the first half term draws to a close, it is time for the pastoral support team to meet with the parents to hear how the first term has been for the students and the parents!!!

We hope that the informal setting will allow parents to meet and chat with others in a similar situation to themselves, over a coffee, and maybe share some issues they have encountered along with the positive experiences the students have been having in school.

We look forward to seeing you there.
